Tall Architects are an award winning practice specialising in workplace, corporate and retail design.

We take our clients current needs into account and draw upon our knowledge of design, trends and emerging technologies to create superior interiors.

We consistently undertake work with numerous leading brands. Our design outcomes create spaces that enrich the lives of the people who encounter them.

Our clients enjoy a superior level of service. A Tall Architects Director works alongside all clients throughout the entire project to translate their vision into reality. We treat each client as an individual and each project as unique.

How We Work

Tall Architects embrace a diverse work culture. As well as our core permanent staff, we employ part-time staff and contractors that cannot typically fit into the old mould of a 40hr week due to balancing family or other commitments.

These staff are highly skilled and motivated with high intellectual capital.

We find that the time they can commit to Tall Architects is extremely productive and valuable as they are self-driven, passionate and focussed, experienced and competent. 

We don't keep timesheets. We don't clock watch. We focus on outcomes, which empowers and enables our staff to work when it suits them.

Among our permanent staff are our Senior Team of Shane Wintershoven, Camilla McMahon and Michelle Newman, who are supported by numerous staff locally and from across the globe.

Tall Architects do not have a formal Head Office where we all work. We utilise digitally based collaboration tools to seamlessly work remotely, as well as having regular coffee meetings too. We are an agile office.
